Calbourne Water Mill is an absolute gem of a location. Set in the heart of the Islands biosphere with 35 acres of beautiful rolling countryside, the Mill is one of the oldest water mills in the country, dating back to the Domesday Book. The site has numerous buildings including a cafe and shop, a war museum, museum barns which are a set designers dream full of historical props. There are stunning eco lodges, a camping field and ancient Oak woodlands. There is a good sized car park and the owners are open to filming opportunities. Would make an ideal location for a ‘Repair Shop’ type show or a period drama.
