THE HAMPTONS

The Hamptons is an impressive, detached family home set in the middle of the village but hidden down a little driveway. The Hamptons has stunning views of the Solent in one direction, and of the rolling country hills in the other. Large modern windows, and sliding doors lead out onto balconies on the South side of the property. The middle balcony is large, with glass balustrades, spanning the entire width of the house. All of the rooms are large, making for an ideal film/shoot location. There is a gym, a home office, spacious open plan dining area, and a kitchen diner, with large central island and pantry – all with white quartz worktops. The kitchen has a double range oven, and separate integrated oven.  Outside, the grounds extend to over 1.5 acres with an orchard, pond, greenhouse and chicken coop. The garden slopes down to the local marsh which is beautiful all year round. Due to the location of the property, it benefits from unobscured views of the fantastic sunsets that the Isle of Wight is famous for.

"The crew have found the Isle of Wight a really pleasant place to work and I doubt that they've missed sitting in traffic jams on the M25...!"

"I would wholeheartedly recommend Lobster Locations to any visiting Location Manager. Lisa has treated us with speed, friendliness and fairness throughout and she pulled several locations out of the hat for us. Her location owners clearly trust her and she knows a lot about the island as a whole. She's been a true ally and she makes me hope that I'll be back to film on the Isle of Wight again soon."
